Her design background gives her a unique perspective in real estate investing, allowing her to see beyond the surface and envision how a property can be transformed into a welcoming, functional, and profitable asset. Carlos brings extensive experience in the architectural, construction, and service industries to Encino Property Development. With a professional background that spans architectural design and hands-on construction, he has a deep understanding of how to evaluate, improve, and add value to properties.

In addition, Carlos has run a successful pool and spa service contracting business, where he built a reputation for reliability, precision, and excellent customer service. His combined expertise in design, building, and property care provides a strong foundation for the company’s investment projects.

At 24 years old, Carl represents the next generation of leadership at Encino Property Development. A recent graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business, Carl is preparing to become a licensed real estate professional and is eager to bring fresh ideas and energy to the company.

During college, he served as a lifeguard in the Coronado area, where he developed discipline, responsibility, and a strong commitment to serving others—qualities he now carries into his work in real estate.
